Primary 1 enjoyed relaxing activities during Children's Mental Health Day. We played relaxing music and dimmed the classroom lights. We quietly sat and coloured in mindfulness pictures relating to our theme 'The Chinese New Year'. We felt relaxed and happy after this. The teachers joined in too.
