Year 5 took part in the 'Healthy Me!' programme. Colette from Action Mental Health came to talk to the pupils about how to look after their mental health. They took part in activites based on maintaining a healthy lifestyle. They enjoyed learning about how to recognise feelings and build on their resilience.
Article 13 - Every child must be free to express their thoughts and opinions and to access all kinds of information, as long as it is within the law.
Article 24- Every child has the right to the best possible health.
